I’m Niku. I bring 15 years of facilitation experience alongside a background in business, sales, team management and entrepreneurship.
Studies across business, science, philosophy and the arts inform how I connect ideas across disciplines. I’m interested in how organisations work, how people learn, and how technology changes both.
My approach combines careful preparation, attentive listening and constructive questions. I aim for a conversation that is open, focused and useful: space to examine ideas, clarify what matters and connect the work to its wider context.
